Playlist Export App Reviews

Not point and shoot

I bought this based on the reviews and if I was a techie rather than an enduser, my experience MAY have been different. After fooling with this for over an hour and producing inconsistent results - some cd/playlists would not read on an SD produced by this for the car stereo, this was my experience…the app is not an intuitive point and shoot app like every other app I have purchased. As a low tech end user, I found this made it confusing and hard to use - other than the five screenshots on this page and dubiously helpful callout boxes, there are no instructions anywhere, certainly not in the app, and not on the developer’s website. Finally out of frustration, I took a tip from another end user review and got export it for iTunes - it was intuitive, worked great, and I was up and running in no time. I wound up deleting all files produced by the playlist export app - no sense my throwing additional time in with money that was wasted for me.

Great for Synology

I was looking for an easy way to export hundreds of playlists from iTunes into my music folder and adjust the paths at the same time. This does the trick perfectly! Simple to use and quick to complete. Totally worth the $5.

Almost...

Great tool…. but it really needs a resampling feature (think copy playlist to ipod at lower bitrate).

No instructions

Nowhere is there any manual or flowchart on how to use this program. What does the author expect from the users? that we are born with an intuitive sense of how to use his script? His alleged support page has no help on it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worked like a charm!

Solid application. Took about 30 seconds to figure out how to export a couple of playlists.
